This wonderful table with a single drawer with rosewood crossbanding concealing a sliding writing slope with a satinwood border & leather lining. Dummy drawer to the rear. The original leather lined top within a rosewood crossbanded border. The rounded corners with carved detail. The table is supported on a turned & spiral rope twist carved support. Elegant scrolled legs with carved acanthus knees and turned bulls eyes. Retaining the original brass castors with reeded decoration. I have been established as a dealer and antique furniture restorer for almost 20 years. I have a real love and passion of fine 18th and early 19th century furniture.
